Role Overview
The Senior Executive – Marketing and Communications will play a pivotal role in supporting Tiger Pug’s marketing initiatives. The position involves developing and executing marketing strategies, as well as coordinating operational tasks with external agencies and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include promoting Tiger Pug’s services to international brands, marketing B2B services to Indian businesses, and managing marketing activities for imported brands under Tiger Pug’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination
​

Coordinate with external agencies for digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution.

Ensure timely delivery of creative assets, marketing materials, and campaign outputs from agencies.

Monitor performance metrics provided by agencies and provide inputs for optimization.

Marketing for Tiger Pug Services
​

Assist in creating marketing strategies to attract international brands for cross-border eCommerce services.

Support the development of targeted campaigns to promote Tiger Pug's B2B services to Indian businesses.

Collaborate with internal teams to prepare case studies, presentations, and promotional materials showcasing Tiger Pug's expertise.

Brand Marketing for Imported Products

Support multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, retail stores, and other offline channels.

Liaise with agencies and partners for influencer marketing, social media campaigns, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.

Coordinate with sales teams and external stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives.
Content and Digital Marketing

Work with content creation teams for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

Coordinate updates for websites showcasing Tiger Pug’s services and imported brands.

Support the execution of digital campaigns, including social media ads and email marketing.
Event Marketing

Coordinate with event management agencies for trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Ensure all marketing materials and logistics are arranged for successful event participation.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand management, or communications.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-
Experience working with agencies or in cross-border marketing is a plus.

As the national distributor for an innovative crypto wallet brand, we aim to establish robust sales channels and make these cutting-edge solutions widely available across India.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the development and management of sales channels for crypto wallets in India. This role involves onboarding and managing a network of resellers and physical retailers, driving market penetration, and ensuring sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for crypto wallets in India.

Identify potential markets and focus efforts based on market trends and growth opportunities.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective channel management.
Channel Development:

Identify and onboard resellers, retailers, and physical stores to sell crypto wallets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including modern trade, large-format retail, and electronic specialist stores.

Develop partnerships with independent resellers to expand market reach.
Retail and Reseller Management:

Train and support retailers and resellers on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.

Ensure seamless inventory supply and replenishment across all sales channels.

Monitor and optimize the performance of retail and reseller partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Market Expansion and Awareness:

Represent the company and the crypto wallet brand at blockchain exhibitions, trade shows, and other promotional events.

Develop alliances with crypto exchanges and financial platforms to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
Reporting and Analytics:

Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis to senior management.

Track and evaluate the performance of sales channels, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sales, channel development, or retail management. Experience with electronics or crypto-related products is preferred.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building distribution networks.

Strong understanding of the Indian retail and eCommerce landscape.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency is an added advantage.
